Shipping Protection

Important: If you choose to remove Order Protection from your order, Vitalgum will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
LIABILITY NOTICE: If you choose to remove Order Protection from your order, Vitalgum is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage in transit, or for delivery to an incorrect address. By declining protection, you assume full responsibility for any shipping-related risks.
CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY: Customers must ensure shipping addresses are accurate and complete. Vitalgum is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Changes after processing may incur additional fees.

Delivered but Not Received: If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office. If still unresolved after 7 business days, contact us.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost during transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
- Liability: Vitalgum is not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses unless Order Protection was purchased.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
